A four minute video to help prepare you for the upcoming empath exercises
So far, we've reviewed the history and terminology of energy and touched upon emotional energy and the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness, a tool we will use again going forward. In part 2, we reviewed some empath traits and stressed the importance of training yourself to be acutely aware of how you are responding to the energy around you. In part 3, we are going to pause for a few deep and much needed breaths before starting the actual exercise program.
