Who Is The Smartest Person You Know?

Learning to nurture your inner-wisdom

There was a time when I didn't think I knew much of anything...  how to find my purpose, how to heal my body, how to have a better life. I turned to the experts for all the answers. I bought books, read blogs, hired therapists and attended workshops. I spent countless hours and energy asking for directions to my own destiny.

Then one day, I heard these words:  


Everything you need is already inside of you!


Do you believe that's true for you?  That all the answers you need are already inside of you?  You might not believe it yet, but you don't need a degree or special training to heal and live a happy, healthy life.  You only need to learn how to tap into the sacred wisdom that resides within you.

Here are just a few examples of steps you can take to nurture your inner-wisdom:

  1. Silent Meditation for 10-20 minutes daily will train your mind into a vibration of receiving your inner-truths
  2. Learn to read your own body language (yes, your body is speaking to you all the time), as it will guide you in achieving whole health
  3. Incorporating a morning and evening routine will help keep your energy from becoming stuck or imbalanced (which can block the flow of the self-healing process)
  4. Training your body to become a 'pendulum' will help guide you in making decisions (more on this in an upcoming newsletter)


It's really that simple. The answers you seek are not 'out there' — they are inside of you.  All it takes is practice, practice, practice to increase your awareness and become fluent in communicating with your divine inner being.  Any time you doubt yourself or feel you are getting stuck in the muck of life and unable to reach your soul-self, take a time out for a prayer/meditation. Here's one that helps me:

Just for this moment, I set aside my fears
and all the artificial that comes between us.
I will meet you in the quiet space of my heart
and there, you will remind me
that you ARE me
and that is all the knowledge and power I need.
